Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of applications, websites, digital products, and related services published or operated by YOUR STUDIO NAME (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, installing, purchasing, accessing, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms.
About Our Services
We publish software across different categories. Features may vary between apps and may include on-device tools, internet-connected functionality, third-party integrations, advertising, purchases, subscriptions, cloud services, or AI-powered features.
We may improve, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features as our products evolve.
Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so. If you are below the age at which you can enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction, use of the Services may require permission or supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Limited License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Services for lawful purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of our software or intellectual property.
Your Responsibilities

You must not use the Services to violate law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; distribute malicious code; gain unauthorized access; circumvent technical protections; interfere with the operation of the Services; misrepresent identity; commit fraud; harass or harm others; or commercially exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute our software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
User Content
You retain ownership of content that you own. We do not claim ownership merely because content is processed through a Service.
If a requested feature requires content to be transmitted to our infrastructure or a provider, you grant only the limited rights reasonably necessary to process that content for the requested function.
AI and Automated Output
Some Services may use AI or automated systems. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, sharing, publishing, or using it.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, automated output is not professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.

The Services, including software, interfaces, branding, graphics, documentation, and original content, are owned by the Studio or its licensors and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Services under these Terms.
Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material or functionality associated with a Service infringes your copyright, please follow our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
Third-Party Services
A Service may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, websites, cloud providers, analytics tools, ad networks, payment systems, or other services. Independent third parties are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, content, security, or practices.
Advertising
Some Services may display third-party advertising. We do not necessarily control individual ads, and your interaction with an advertiser or advertised product is between you and the relevant third party.
Purchases
Some Services may offer one-time purchases, consumable digital items, premium functionality, or other paid products. The purchase screen will present the price and relevant details before you confirm payment.
Transactions through Google Play are also subject to Google Play’s applicable payment and refund rules.
Subscriptions
Where a Service offers an auto-renewing subscription, renewal may continue until canceled through the applicable marketplace account. Uninstalling an app does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
The purchase flow will disclose the applicable billing period, price, and renewal terms before checkout.
Trials and Promotions
Free trials, introductory pricing, or promotional offers are available only when expressly presented. Eligibility, duration, pricing, and renewal terms may differ by product, user, country, or promotional period.
Updates and Availability
We may release updates, change technical requirements, replace providers, modify features, or discontinue Services. Some updates may be required for compatibility or continued use. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
Suspension or Termination
Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, we may restrict or suspend access when these Terms are materially violated, when use creates a security or legal risk, or when continued operation is no longer technically or commercially practical.
No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for every purpose, continued availability of third-party services, or accuracy of automated results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services, loss of data, third-party services, unauthorized access, user content, or reliance on automated output.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio and its personnel from claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or content you provide or process.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled across the studio’s app portfolio.
App-Specific Terms
A specific app may include supplemental terms for a feature, purchase, or service. Those supplemental terms form part of this agreement.
If app-specific terms conflict with these Terms regarding a particular product or feature, the app-specific terms control for that product or feature.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect product, technology, business, or legal changes. The “Last updated” date shows when the current version was published. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing Law and Severability
Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
