01

Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications, websites, digital products, and related services published or operated by YOUR STUDIO NAME (collectively, the “Services”). It describes our general approach to personal information across the studio.

Because our apps may offer different features, an individual product may display an additional privacy notice when a feature requires data practices that are not fully described here.

02

Information You Choose to Provide

Depending on the Service, you may voluntarily provide information such as contact details, support messages, feedback, account information, user-selected files, prompts, or other content needed to perform a feature you request.

We aim to collect only information reasonably relevant to providing or supporting the applicable functionality.

03

Information Collected Automatically

Some Services or integrated providers may automatically receive limited technical and usage information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, IP address, approximate location derived from technical signals, app interactions, session information, crash reports, performance diagnostics, advertising identifiers where permitted, and purchase or subscription status.

04

Permissions and Device Access

A Service may request access to device capabilities such as camera, photos, videos, files, microphone, notifications, location, Bluetooth, nearby devices, or similar system features when they are relevant to functionality.

You control these permissions through your device settings. Revoking a permission may limit the feature that depends on it.

05

User Content and Local Processing

Some applications may let you create, select, edit, organize, scan, analyze, compress, display, or otherwise process content. Processing may occur entirely on your device or, where a feature requires remote infrastructure, may involve temporary transmission to our systems or an external provider.

We do not claim ownership of content merely because you process it through our Services.

06

AI and Automated Features

Certain Services may include artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other automated processing. If you choose to use such a feature, the information required to generate a result may be processed by us or by a technology provider supporting that feature.

Where appropriate, the relevant application may provide additional information about the data used by that feature.

07

How We Use Information

We may use information to operate and deliver requested features, maintain security, diagnose technical problems, improve performance and usability, provide customer support, manage purchases and entitlements, measure product performance, show and measure advertising where applicable, prevent abuse or fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our policies.

08

Advertising

Some free or ad-supported Services may use advertising providers. These providers may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interactions, impressions, and engagement information in accordance with their own policies and applicable consent requirements.

Where available, you can manage advertising choices through the consent controls presented in the Service or through your device and Google account settings.

09

Analytics and Third-Party Providers

We may rely on third-party providers for analytics, crash reporting, cloud hosting, AI processing, authentication, advertising, payments, subscriptions, and other technical services. The providers used can differ by app and can change as our products evolve.

Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms and our contractual arrangements with them.

10

Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases completed through Google Play or another marketplace are processed by that platform. We generally do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive limited transaction information needed to validate purchases, manage entitlements, or support subscriptions.

11

Legal Bases Where Applicable

Where privacy laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, our legal bases may include consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Services, and compliance with legal obligations.

12

When Information May Be Shared

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the Services; when required by law, legal process, or a lawful governmental request; when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Studio, or others; in connection with a business transaction; or when you direct or consent to the disclosure.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary compensation.

13

Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide Services, maintain security, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of data, the relevant app, and the provider involved.

14

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No software system or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

15

Children's Privacy

Each Service is intended for the audience described in its applicable app-store listing. Unless an app is specifically designed and disclosed as being directed to children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age required by applicable law without appropriate authorization.

16

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or other choices provided by applicable law. You may also have controls for advertising personalization and device permissions.

To make a privacy request, contact us using the email shown below and identify the relevant app.

17

California Privacy Notice

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, subject to the law’s definitions, thresholds, and exemptions. These may include rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of qualifying sales or sharing, and exercise privacy rights without discriminatory treatment.

18

International Processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers in accordance with applicable law.

19

Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with independent third parties. We do not control their privacy, security, availability, or content. We encourage you to review their own policies before providing information to them.

20

App-Specific Disclosures

Built for a growing portfolio.

This policy is intentionally studio-wide. If an individual app needs additional disclosure—for example because of a specific permission, data category, or cloud feature—we may provide a supplemental notice for that app or feature.

If a supplemental notice conflicts with this general policy about a specific feature, the supplemental notice controls for that feature.

21

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products, technologies, providers, or legal obligations change. We will revise the “Last updated” date when changes are published and may provide additional notice when required.
