1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of DMV Permit Practice and its related support website. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Independent educational purpose
DMV Permit Practice is an independent study and practice resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any Department of Motor Vehicles, state licensing agency, or government entity.
The app does not issue learner’s permits, driver’s licenses, test appointments, certifications, or official documents. Practice results are not official exam results. Always consult your state’s current official driver handbook and licensing authority because laws, rules, fees, eligibility requirements, and exams may change.
3. License to use the app
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit the app or its content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features, if offered, are processed by the app store through which you downloaded the app. Prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the purchase screen and applicable app-store terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your app-store account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the app’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse support channels, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
6. Content and availability
